What types of posts do you use?
The typical post we use for cedar fences is a 4 1/8" pressure treated post. This post is set in concrete for a strong and stable fence. We set posts in 8" diameter holes a minimum of 2' deep in concrete, or deeper as needed, depending on the project. We also dome the top of our concrete to enable water runoff.
We carry other size options, as well as steel pipe based posts.
Should my fence be installed facing in or out?
It comes down to personal preference. Some HOAs have set rules, so we always suggest to check with them prior to installation. If you face your fence out, it may also help prevent possible intruders from climbing into your property.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit before starting a project.
What about my old fence?
We gladly demolish and haul away old fence materials and make sure they are properly recycled or disposed of.
